If you cancel before your 30 days are complete, your actual time of internet service will be credited, and no other credits will be applied.

Former accounts previously not in good standing or have disconnected connectivity services are not eligible.
Account must remain in good standing and may not be disconnected for any reason – no defaults or non-pay or Seasonal suspensions.
If a customer upgrades or downgrades their internet services, a new price may apply.
Price lock applies only to internet service.
Price for Life does not include taxes or recovery fees.

Price for Life will persist through moves as long as the customer retains the same service. Not all services are available in all areas.
