Thank you for your continued patronage as a PEAK Internet dial-up customer. For important service information, please note the important access changes below.
Due to an unforeseen operational shift in service provisioning, PEAK Internet is updating the current dial-up access phone numbers. This shift affects all PEAK Internet dial-up users.
Access to dial-up Internet service will now be available through a different phone numbers. For future connectivity to dial-up service, please update your connection settings.
In the page that follows, you will find instructions to help you correctly change the modem telephone number in your dial-up settings connection prompt. Please call PEAK Internet at 1-800-731-4871 to receive the updated access information.
This change comes as an effort to provide the best available services from upstream suppliers. Once your connection settings have been updated, your service will be restored.
Service provided through the current access numbers will be discontinued within the month. Please make this change as soon as possible to avoid service disruptions.
